Welcome to TiuGei. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms and the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or continue. The Service is for users aged 18 or older only.

1. Services

The Platform provides sports competition features such as browsing events and challenge items, taking challenges, uploading results, review and rankings, friends, notifications, energy, and refill. We may change features and will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Accounts and conduct

• Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and take responsibility for account activity.
• Do not impersonate others, upload false challenge results, disrupt the system, or engage in illegal activity.
• Individual and squad challenge rules, energy costs, media requirements, and upload permissions follow each item; only the team leader may upload squad challenge results.

3. Content and IP

Content you upload must be lawful and non-infringing. Software, trademarks, UI, and documentation belong to SportFlowGame or their licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

4. In-app purchases

Energy refill and similar purchases are processed by Google Play / App Store. Fulfillment and limits follow the purchase UI and store policies. Except where required by law or store policy, consumed or granted virtual benefits are generally non-refundable. If auto-renewing subscriptions exist, cancel and refund via the stores; deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

5. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from force majeure, third-party outages, network failure, user violations, or your device. You assume the risks of physical sports. Our liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages is limited as allowed by law; for direct damages attributable to us, aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you actually paid us for the related Service in the prior twelve months (or zero if none), except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate the Service for serious breaches. You may request account deletion per the Account Deletion Request page. We may retain records as required by law after termination or deletion.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong with jurisdiction.
