This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data, and how you can request deletion of your account and related data. By using the app you acknowledge this Policy. See also the in-app Personal Information Collection List, Third-Party Sharing List, and App Permission Statement. 1. Who this applies to (age)

The app is intended only for users aged 18 or older. Do not register or use it if you are under 18. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete or otherwise handle the data as required by law.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email, password (stored hashed), nickname, sex, avatar, language preference, and other profile information you provide.
• Challenge data: challenge records, results, proof images/videos, and related metadata.
• Social data: friend relationships and invite / form-squad information.
• Transaction-related data (if you use energy refill or similar IAP): identifiers needed to verify purchases and grant entitlements via Google Play / App Store and related payment services (we typically do not collect full card numbers).
• Device and logs: device model, OS version, network status, IP, crash/request logs, push identifiers for security, notifications, and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

We use personal data only as needed to provide the Service, including accounts, browsing events and challenge items, taking challenges and rankings, review and support, security, push notifications, in-app purchase fulfillment, product improvement, and legal compliance. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing and processors

We may entrust necessary data to processors for push, purchases, object storage, and email (e.g. OneSignal, RevenueCat, cloud object storage, email providers, and Google Play / App Store). See the Third-Party Sharing List. We do not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties except as required by law, to protect vital interests, or with your consent.

5. Security in transit and retention

• Encryption in transit: production client–server traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
• Retention: account and challenge-related personal data are generally kept while the account is active; after account deletion we delete or anonymize them except where law, fraud prevention, or accounting requires retention. Ops logs are kept for shorter periods; transaction/financial records follow applicable law.
• We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

6. Account and data deletion (important)

You can delete your TiuGei account in App Settings, or follow the public instructions. The account becomes unusable immediately; related personal data is typically deleted or anonymized within 30 days. See:

You may also email sportflowgame@gmail.com (subject: Account Deletion Request) from your registered email. Deletion is not mere freezing; we delete or anonymize related personal data as described (except where retention is required by law).

Virtual goods / subscriptions purchased via app stores (if any) are governed by store policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions or guarantee refunds—manage subscriptions and refunds via Google Play / App Store.

7. Other rights

Where applicable law allows, you may access and correct account data, request restriction, or withdraw non-essential consent. Contact sportflowgame@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Updates

We may update this Policy; material changes will be reasonably notified. The effective date is as published on this page.
