Account Deletion Request

You can delete your account in App → Settings → Delete account (no email required). The account becomes unusable immediately; related personal data is deleted or anonymized within about 30 days. If you cannot use the app, email us (below).
1. In-app deletion (recommended)
- Open TiuGei → Settings → Delete account.
- Read the consequences and confirm.
- You will be signed out; the account can no longer sign in.
If you still have frozen energy (active challenges), finish or exit those challenges first.
2. Without the app / cannot sign in
- Email sportflowgame@gmail.com from your registered address.
- Subject: Account Deletion Request; include registered email and nickname if known.
After identity checks we process the same checklist as in-app deletion.
3. Data we delete or anonymize (in principle)
- Profile fields (nickname, avatar, sex, language, etc.) and credentials
- Friend links, pending invites, push bindings
- Direct personal identifiers in challenge records (where reasonably feasible)
4. Data we may retain
- Transaction / energy refill records required by law or accounting
- Aggregated non-identifying statistics
- Short-term logs for fraud / disputes
- Previously public content (e.g. leaderboard) that may be shown anonymously
5. Timing and consequences
The account is unusable immediately after a successful request; remaining cleanup usually finishes within 30 days. Energy and in-progress challenges are typically forfeited. Store purchases/subscriptions are not auto-cancelled—manage them in Google Play / App Store.
